Queen of Cream
I have to admit it, some of my favorite things to review are blogs. As soon as I see one in our list of sites to review, I can't wait to go take a look at it. I surf them during my work time and during my free time, and I have to tell you this is a new favorite. Cherry Bomb is without question one of the freshest new writers on sexuality that I've run into in awhile. She has a very frank, educated, and honest approach that made me literally have to tear myself away in order to get my job done. I could have sat here reading all day long (or at least till I'd read everything). A little about Cherry? She is a young beautiful woman in New York City who works at a sex toy store (and who also sells advertising for an alternative porn site). Throughout her blog you'll find original pieces of writing that run the spectrum from amusing anecdotes to educational feminist essays. Her pictures are gorgeous, but it is her mind that will keep you coming back for more. As I read through her writing, I found that I kept wanting to quote her in the review...but I couldn't figure out which quote to use! Ah...so refreshing. I think this bit of wisdom sort of sums her up though, "The point is, if you want to get laid, go hunt someone down on Craig’s List. If you want to get fucked, wander into a relationship without any idea of what you want or what the other person needs, and you’ll find out exactly what I mean." A wonderful queer woman that is begging for celebrity in my opinion. Bravo! - Vamp
